Quotes by Famous People

Poushali Ganguly
Has it ever happened that when you were very depressed or feeling low, you have received some kind of consolation or strength from a famous quote? This has happened with me more than once; a relevant quote has given me enough strength and courage to face life, face myself, and also be prepared for bad situations.
While introspecting ourselves, it seems that quotes provide courage and strength probably because our subconscious mind tells us something like- "I am not the only person who is going through a crisis, other people have gone through more."
The process of catharsis gives rise to a feeling of well-being. Following are some quotes by famous people, that might help you to get some mental strength, and you can also use them to give a little encouragement to others.

their true beauty is revealed only
if there is light from within." ― Elisabeth Kübler-Ross
